CONSULTATION

SEMEN ANALYSIS: Andrology Laboratory:
Semen Analysis is a microscopic and macroscopic test. The macroscopic test tells us all the visible characteristics of the semen, such as liquefaction time, viscosity, volume, etc. The microscopic test is only done through a microscope and reveals sperm count, mobility percentage, the path of movement of sperm, percentage of normal form sperm, leukocytes, bacteria, etc.

Artificial Insemination Intrauterine Insemination, also known as Artificial Insemination, is a technique where motile sperm are transferred to the womb. Unlike pregnancy by intercourse, Artificial Insemination increases the possibilities of pregnancy since it helps the sperm get closer to the egg, having more chances of fertilization (Artificial Insemination).

IN VITRO FFERTILIZATION:
The In Vitro Fertilization technique consists in obtaining the eggs and mixing them with sperm in a controlled lab environment. An ovaric stimulation must be done to obtain more than one egg, which is the natural cycle.

ICSI
(Intra Cytoplasmic Sperm Injection)
The Intra Cytoplasmic Injection is done if there is failure with In Vitro Fertilization and on severe male factor, where sperm are unable to penetrate the ovule. Highly sophisticated equipment is required for this type of treatment.

ICSI-IMSI-PICSIAssisted Reproduction techniques cover a group of procedures, through which fertilization and pregnancy is to be induced in a laboratory. These types of treatments are for couples that, for several problems, can’t get pregnant spontaneously or with less complex treatments.

BLASTOCYST TRANSFERA blastocyst is an embryo that has been developing for 5 to 7 days after fertilization. A blastocyst is made up of a blastocoele that is in charge of delivering fluid to the embryo. Trophoblast are cells located in the interior surface of the embryo that in the future will be in charge of forming the placenta.

CRIOPRESERVACION (VITRIFICACION)Cryo-preservation is a process by which cells or tissue is frozen at very low temperatures, in this case it is frozen at -196 degrees Celsius, the temperature of liquid nitrogen.
